Bought an outdoor rattan set just under 2 years ago. The cushions are of shockingly poor quality and the covers/zips are starting to tear.
Mano Mano offered £200 compensation then retracted the offer.

I purchased a tv unit and parts were missing, I was told the missing parts were to be delivered within 15 days after 20 days I was then told they do not have the replacement parts in stock and they were never dispatched, do not shop at Mano mano customer service is a joke

Waited a week for delivery 11 emails from dhl said it was on the van but did not turn up very disappointed won’t use Mano Mano again let down by DHL

Order a hutch that was described as being suitable for guinea pigs but it was not.
Manomano agreed with me and said I could get a full refund, but I needed to return the (now assembled) hutch at my cost, in the original box with no damages. If I couldn't fulfill this, I wouldn't get a refund. Even though they have admitted that the hutch is not suitable for guinea pigs as advertised on the website. I am now over £100 out of pocket and manomano are not interested.

I had two queries concerning my online purchase today. I received excellent customer service from David.

Made order for recliner chair spending £359.99 and found no confirmation. To my anger I immediately go onto Manomano, only to realise I made typing error on my email address so all details went astray, Manomano agent so helpful in sorting things out as I panicked I was losing my money, Great conversation and understanding from agent Valentin B.

cancelled order because mano could not deliver,they took money and said part was damaged at their end and I will have to wait until they said so. I asked for refund and obviously got no reply, and no refund except for this terrible customer service team asking for a review of non received product to help out another handy man/woman to decide if the item (not recieved)was any good , I want my money back to spend with a reputable company.

I ordered sony ps4 controllors and they sent me a generic version. Now trying to get a refund and its so hectic. No one available to live chat and seller's reply is obscure.

Product arrived on time, as described.

Worst service ever! Took my money, delivered faulty item and refused a refund unless we fully de-assembled item and returned to them at our own expense. 7 day gaurentee offered is a scam as on day 6 they withdrew the unconditional gaurentee offer unless we paid to return item.

Having noted UK Planet Tools reply trying to say ON ANOTHER REVIEW I POSTED AGAINST THEIR NAME THAT THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME I thought I would include following extracts from just SOME of the various emails where UK Planet Tools (and Mano Mano) gave my wife and I the run-around - lets see if another lie is offered by UK Planet Tools to try to explain these (for the record both companies subsequently changed their minds and withdrew offers to refund unless my wife and I went to great expense and hassle de-assembling and repacking the patio heater). One email below states the heater we purchased is for designed to look good - I didn't see this mentioned on web site description !!! I also have final emails from both saying they are no longer willing to help and one offering a £20 refund (less than 8% of price we paid). At least Mano Mano have had the courtesy to reach back to me now for further information after I posted my reviews whereas UK Planet Tools decided to go into denial `nothing to do with us` mode - that tells you all you need to know perhaps folks? I have had to remove some characters from below to meet review guidance;

Is there any update here or a final outcome letter?

As you are fully aware the item has been available for uplift for many many weeks now and we have remained available to facilitate the return of this item but neither Mano or the manufacturer/supplier has made any attempt to uplift.

We are so sad to hear that you were disappointed with our product. To be honest, this is the first time we get such a bad review regarding heat output.
Did the client use it at the max temperature?
Would be very helpful if the client could film a video for us of the working heater. We would try to find the problem.

Generally, the mushroom heater is focused more on the heat, while the pyramid is focused on the design and the ability to see the fire in the glass tube. The direction and reflection of the fire flame are different. Nevertheless, the stated power by the manufacturer is completely the same - 13KW.

We think that the previous experience of the client using the mushroom heater influenced his impression.

We are very client-oriented, that`s happy satisfied client is our aim and high priority.

What if we offer the client the new mushroom heater instead of the pyramid heater, which he does not like and compensate for the difference.
